An Israeli childrens' favorite is this savory corn pashtida, or crustless pie. It is a quick fix that can appease anyone's palate!
INGREDIENTS
400g corn
200g cottage cheese
200g buttermilk
3 eggs
2 tbsp corn flour
2-3 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp chicken soup powder
100g grated mozzarella
METHOD
1. Mix everything, pour into a baking dish, and top off of with more cheese.
2. Bake at 350F for 40-45min
