Another classic American breakfast, these buttermilk pancakes are a little heavier than the classic ones, but still fluffy and delicious served with butter and maple syrup!
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
2.5 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup flourMETHOD
1. Beat eggs, baking powder, baking soda, and salt with a whisk until frothy.
2. Add buttermilk and flour.
3. Fry on medium heat.
