This is another delicious type of pashtida (crustless pie) containing the classic ingredient - mushrooms.
1 cup milk
2 cups heavy cream (שמנת מתוקה)
1.25 tbsp chicken soup powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp oil
6-7 tbsp self rising flour
1 medium mushroom canGrated swiss cheese
1. Spread mushrooms in a baking dish (13x9).
2. Beat all the ingredients (except grated cheese) together.
3. Pour batter over mushrooms and top off with grated cheese.4. Bake at 180C (350F) for 40mins or until golden.
